One of my favorires! Teal sea glass painted wine bottle with foam white accented base. Neck is wrapped in varigated gray and blue Sari silk ribbon accented with chunks of sea glass. Large silver tone octopus charm hangs to the center.
Additional charms include a sea horse, sun & moon, starfish, and "I'm Dreaming of the Sea" medallion. Bottle is topped with a square mirrored glass knob.
